Keep Dreaming - Life is a Dream in the Making

Life is a succession of continual dreams in the making from the initial conception to the final completion to the in-between of waiting on a new dream and then the cycle begins again.

Most of us have dreams. Some of them we have achieved in one form or another. Many times we may think that we have not achieved a dream yet if we look closely, we may see that in fact we have achieved at the least bits and pieces of it or achieved it on a smaller scale. Perhaps we wanted to be an actor. We thought we would land in Hollywood, though we did perform in local community theatre or college theatre. If you look at this scenario, you will see that the dream of acting was realized; the specifics, the geography, my not have been what we had envisioned but none-the-less, the dream was achieved. This perception and understanding can apply to any scenario in life where we may feel that we did not achieve our dream; in many cases we did in some way actually achieve the dream and we should be aware of these achievements rather than perceiving them as failures.

At times in our life, we may be in-between dreams, having achieved a series of dreams and goals through successive steps and then find ourselves feeling as if there is nothing left to dream, nothing left to do. There is always time for a new dream to be thought of, sought after and achieved. If you find yourself in this phase of life, ask for guidance from the Spirit to guide you toward your next, new venture, then accept that your prayers will be answered and relax and enjoy the break because before you know it, you will once again be very busy working on a new dream. Just enjoy the in-between and dream of dreams.

Keep dreaming and keep going after your dreams. Never let yourself give up. Try to find something, even if it’s small, to apply daily to actually living your dreams now, in the present. Step by step, day by day, you will be doing more and more. You will see your dreams fulfilled for life is a continual dream in the making and you will be living them each day as you reach your goals.

Looking at your blessings and all that you have will also help you to see your dreams as they may be intertwined in your life. Look closely to find them, they may just be there beneath the day-to-day. Find the gratitude, re-discover the dream as you are living it and know that your dreams are always in the making; conceiving, believing, reaching, achieving.

Bible Will Teach You How to Know Your Enemy; Know Your Self

When we study the Word, and we are given the ears to hear, and the ability to discern, we can then be confident of the truth from wherever it comes. Last night in re-watching the movie, “Birth of the Dragon,” I was able to understand so much more due to my Bible studies. From the movie, “Lesson number one, know your enemy. Lesson number two, know your self. With these two principles, you need never fear a thousand battles.” This was so heavy and so profound and I got it on such a deep spiritual level regarding all facets of life (not just regarding two men in physical combat). The Bible has shown me how to know my enemy and to know my self and therefore not fear. When we truly understand that we are an eternal child of God, then we know our self . When we understand that anyone or thing (including our own thoughts) that is not in the light of God is of the darkness (even those lost in the gray), then we know our enemy.  Jesus said in Mathew 12:30, “He t...

He Will Make My Feet Like Deer's Feet

There is a tree out my window with branches that look like a stag. I have been contemplating it for years. Sometimes I forget about it, others I see it. The tree stag has been jumping out at me recently again.  I looked it up and found a couple quotes on websites, “the stag came to symbolize God’s power, nobility, freedom and purity.” In Scottish lore, it symbolizes regeneration because of the antlers. “In the Christian imagination, the deer is a symbol of piety, devotion and of God taking care of his children: men.” “In it's simplest form, deer symbolize the joys of loving Christ intimately (Song of Songs 2:7). In biblical symbology, deer represent piety, devotion, and safety in God's care. They are a symbol of thirst and longing for the Lord. ... Deer feet are an analogy for our spiritual feet.”  There were also a couple saints associated with the stag as divine encounters. It basically represents something good in every culture, but I went with the Scottish...

When You Feel the Tension Coming

When you feel the tension coming, just relax, breathe through it. Relax the whole body and float. You know how to maneuver this. You can do it. ************************************************************************ From author, Angel Intuitive & Yoga Instructor,  Cheryl Yale-Bruedigam, CYI-250 Empowering YOU for a happier,soul-filled life About Cheryl Yale Bruedigam Cheryl Yale Bruedigam, the angels’ author, has been writing spiritually for thirty years.
