Let My Wild Heart Soar

Heavenly Father and Creator, let me hear the ancients of the canyons and 

Watch in awe as the eagle soars,

Let me hear the music of the ages, and the ocean as it roars.

Let me gaze upon the stars in heaven and 

Wonder of their creation in the darkness of the night;

Let me resound in the beauty that is all of nature.

Let your teachings guide me as I stumble through this thing called life.

Let the amazement of all that is your glory, light my very soul on fire.

Let my free spirit soar on the winds with the raven and

Let my wild wolf-heart remain steadfast on the path to enlightenment.

Let me bow in respect to Buddha as we parallel, and

Let my voice sing songs of praises toward your creation and all that it entails.

O heavenly Father, let me, in my wild heart, soar.
