Thanksgiving may not be a religious holiday but it is
certainly a spiritual holiday in that it is a day that we give thanks for all
that we have received. Our forefathers set aside this day to thank God for
their survival and the abundance and help that they received from the Native
Americans and we continue the tradition to honor them as well as to give thanks
for our own abundance.
Though we may not have it as hard today as they did some
four-hundred years ago, still we are grateful for all that we have and have
been given. Let us thank the Spirit and show our love and gratitude as we spend
time this holiday with family, loved ones, friends and neighbors, or even a
stranger or two.
My Thanksgiving prayer is that everyone in America has a warm meal on this day
(and of course every day) and that we are guided to help those we may.
Allow the holiday spirit to guide and fill your purpose this
week and throughout the holiday season.
Thanksgiving blessings to all.
Let angels guide thy path.
Get your journey on! Your soul-journey.
