Reach for Your Goals

Each day you can decide to reach for your goals in some attainable way. Whether it's a baby step or a major accomplishment, do something each day toward all that you seek. When you do this, your confidence is boosted and your energies are heightened which give you even more energy to keep reaching for, and working toward, your goals.

Goals are a part of the journey, a part of the process. Don't wait, don't procrastinate! Make each day count toward what you desire. Manifest your dreams and goals with each thought, action and step that you take. Forget the long term for the moment and relax into what you can do right here, right now, this moment and go from there each day in the same way. Be inspired and enjoy the ride!

Bible Will Teach You How to Know Your Enemy; Know Your Self

When we study the Word, and we are given the ears to hear, and the ability to discern, we can then be confident of the truth from wherever it comes. Last night in re-watching the movie, “Birth of the Dragon,” I was able to understand so much more due to my Bible studies. From the movie, “Lesson number one, know your enemy. Lesson number two, know your self. With these two principles, you need never fear a thousand battles.” This was so heavy and so profound and I got it on such a deep spiritual level regarding all facets of life (not just regarding two men in physical combat). He Will Make My Feet Like Deer's Feet

There is a tree out my window with branches that look like a stag. I have been contemplating it for years. Sometimes I forget about it, others I see it. The tree stag has been jumping out at me recently again. I looked it up and found a couple quotes on websites, “the stag came to symbolize God’s power, nobility, freedom and purity.” In Scottish lore, it symbolizes regeneration because of the antlers. “In the Christian imagination, the deer is a symbol of piety, devotion and of God taking care of his children: men.” “In it's simplest form, deer symbolize the joys of loving Christ intimately (Song of Songs 2:7). In biblical symbology, deer represent piety, devotion, and safety in God's care. They are a symbol of thirst and longing for the Lord. ...
