Time to Nurture Turns Faith into Action

For many of us this health crisis has felt like we are just biding our time, but this can be a good thing. It gives us more time to focus on God and to increase and nourish our inner strength. With faith in God, everything we need is given us, all that we need is provided and in this we can be pleased and grateful, freeing us for other thoughts, activities and pursuits in our Divine work. God also gives and renews in us that child-like wonder which brings us even more joy and allows us to give and receive a more fruitful fulfillment in ourselves and in others.

This crisis is also a good time to let go of the past while in a transitional phase. It is a given time to depart from old ways and bring in more of the new that we want and are meant to be in the light of Christ. Doing this will then bring us even more pleasure in His light and will strengthen our trust because we have put in the time to nurture our self and our relationship to Him. This gives us happiness in becoming who we are meant to be. Being in tune with this, we find more peace and in achieving these things we are more ready to help others do the same.

It is time to release all fears and put our faith into action and then we can trust and experience the glory of His way for our lives. As it says in James 2:18 But someone will say, “You have faith, and I have works.” Show me your faith without your works, and I will show you my faith by my works, we must at some point put our faith into action, into works, which also helps us to release fear when we see our beliefs in action, at work and succeeding.

In releasing all fears, especially of the external world (the news, the events, influences), we can then function as the spiritual beings that we truly are. God’s will naturally becomes our will and we have the trust to fulfill all that is meant for us to fulfill.

It is time to be happy, joyful and to know that we have come through an awakening and that the time for the new is here. We can sing, praise and be joyful and most of all, we can be without fear because we have strengthened and come through into a new risen light within.

Bible Will Teach You How to Know Your Enemy; Know Your Self

When we study the Word, and we are given the ears to hear, and the ability to discern, we can then be confident of the truth from wherever it comes. Last night in re-watching the movie, “Birth of the Dragon,” I was able to understand so much more due to my Bible studies. From the movie, “Lesson number one, know your enemy. Lesson number two, know your self. With these two principles, you need never fear a thousand battles.” This was so heavy and so profound and I got it on such a deep spiritual level regarding all facets of life (not just regarding two men in physical combat). The Bible has shown me how to know my enemy and to know my self and therefore not fear. When we truly understand that we are an eternal child of God, then we know our self . When we understand that anyone or thing (including our own thoughts) that is not in the light of God is of the darkness (even those lost in the gray), then we know our enemy.  Jesus said in Mathew 12:30, “He t...

He Will Make My Feet Like Deer's Feet

There is a tree out my window with branches that look like a stag. I have been contemplating it for years. Sometimes I forget about it, others I see it. The tree stag has been jumping out at me recently again.  I looked it up and found a couple quotes on websites, “the stag came to symbolize God’s power, nobility, freedom and purity.” In Scottish lore, it symbolizes regeneration because of the antlers. “In the Christian imagination, the deer is a symbol of piety, devotion and of God taking care of his children: men.” “In it's simplest form, deer symbolize the joys of loving Christ intimately (Song of Songs 2:7). In biblical symbology, deer represent piety, devotion, and safety in God's care. They are a symbol of thirst and longing for the Lord. ... Deer feet are an analogy for our spiritual feet.”  There were also a couple saints associated with the stag as divine encounters. It basically represents something good in every culture, but I went with the Scottish...
