This video is for prayer-centered meditation. Relax and focus upon a word or phrase in time with your breath, breathing normally but from the diaphragm if possible. This type of meditation allows you to meditate silently on your own without fear of "going off" or allowing any unwanted energies in (as is the purpose with a guided meditation) and to meditate fully without the need for training.
Meditation can be tricky, and prayer-centered meditation will allow you to quickly and easily sink into the rhythm of your breath with the Divine. It takes a little practice to get the breath into sync with the chosen word or phrase but after a few times you will have it down. This is also a great way to end the day as you drift off to sleep. Suitable for anyone desiring to meditate.
