Affirmation for this week: I am perfect in this moment. You can get through anything in life from moment to moment, one step at a time. Staying present with yourself is the best way to lower stress, heal and be in alignment with Spirit. Affirming that you are perfect in this moment will give you confidence to face anything and will will keep your fears away. Every time you tell this to yourself, you give yourself a shot of peace and calm. So as you progress through the week and you find yourself in a stressful situation or feeling overwhelmed, insecure or not well physically, re-affirm to yourself that you are perfect in this moment. Breathe and relax into the knowing that you are indeed perfection in all ways. You are a heavenly child of God, an earth angel and you are loved as you are in this moment and in every moment..
