We all have much to be thankful for and many of us are realizing this even more so during this time of viral quarantine. With more solitude and time for reflection, we can see and appreciate all that we indeed have.   Grace abounds in every facet of our lives, in every direction, if we can look to see it. Webster's defines grace as: (Entry 1 of 2) 1a : unmerited divine assistance given to humans for their regeneration or sanctification. b : a virtue coming from God. Wiki defines biblical grace as "used in the scriptures, refers primarily to enabling power and spiritual healing offered through the mercy and love of Jesus Christ."  This power, healing and love is offered to us all, to each of us, in every aspect of our lives, if we look, accept and receive. “This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.” Ps 118:24 For today, just reflect on your life as it is. Reflect on the moment, all that you have, the people you love. Reflection on gratitude will lift your mood and heal your thoughts. Though there are trying times, there is still always something good to be found, if we look; reasons to be thankful and no matter the circumstance, to rejoice and be glad. Ask yourself these questions today and every day:  For what are you grateful today?  Whom do you appreciate in your life?  In what ways big or small has God touched your life today?
